7.6 Select Education performs a number of checks about teaching staff who
register with it, but cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of such checks nor

7.7 These terms and conditions do not exclude its liability (if any) to you for
personal injury or death resulting from Select Education's negligence, for
fraud or for any matter which it would be illegal for Select Education to
exclude or to attempt to exclude its liability.
7.8 You agree to indemnify Select Education against any costs, expenses,
liabilities, injuries, damages, claims, demands, proceedings or legal costs
which Select Education may incur in consequence of using any information
provided to us by you in accordance with clause 4.

after a specified period of time. You may use such software only on the terms
