Teaching staff consultations for GCSE changes
Changes to English, ICT and maths GCSEs in Wales will not be made before consultations have taken place with teaching staff in the country.
Sessions for the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority will occur throughout the country, according to the Western Mail.
Chief executive of the Oxford, Cambridge and RSA Examinations (OCR) Greg Watson told the paper: "Feedback from all teachers is very important to us since it's teachers who go into classrooms and use our qualifications as the basis for great teaching."
Teachers who are interested in having a say in the best way to ensure that exam papers are built from the most appropriate structure should attend one of these consultations, he added.
Meanwhile, new recommendations for the teaching of dyslexic pupils in Welsh schools were recently published by the national assembly's enterprise and learning committee.
