Welcome to the special needs teacher area

Select Education prides itself on making life simpler for everyone in special needs teaching. Sounds like a tall order, but we really do have the skills, resources and passion to do that. As the UK's largest and longest established specialist educational recruitment consultancy, we aim to provide the widest possible selection of education support opportunities through our nationwide network of offices. We enjoy 'preferred supplier' status with many local education authorities and work in close partnership with many others.

The teams in our offices are all trained through our specialist training academy and are briefed regularly on developments in education. Each office has its own dedicated primary, secondary and SEN recruitment consultants, many of whom are qualified teachers themselves, so they understand the challenges you face in the classroom and can give you the support you deserve. Perhaps most importantly, when they interview you, they'll listen to what you have to say - about your needs, aspirations, where and how you want to work - and give you unbiased advice on managing your career.
