Whether you are new to FE, or already have extensive experience in lecturing,
teaching, training, or as an assessor or verifier, and whether you want to work
a few hours, a full day or a few days a week, we offer a personal and friendly
service to find you the assignments that suit you best. We understand that
everyone we work with has different career aspirations, so at the outset you
will have a face-to-face interview with a friendly, specialist consultant to
assess your needs. We'll listen to what you have to say - about your needs,
aspirations, where and how you want to work - to find you the right roles in
the colleges that suit you and give you unbiased advice on managing your
career.
Before you start an assignment or go for an interview, we'll brief you fully and
if possible, arrange for you to visit the college where you'll be working. If
you choose hourly paid work you'll enjoy excellent rates, paid weekly, straight
into your bank account.
