offices and you can be confident they are well equipped to support you
and understand the challenges you and your team face every day, not only

on developments in early years provision. We are constantly developing our
services to reflect the changing needs of nurseries, crèches and other early
years organisations and seeking new ways to benefit the young children who come

All our offices
are open from 7.00am until 6.00pm Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays. We
also offer an on-call service which means you can place a booking either for a
pre-booked absence or for emergency cover as soon as the need arises. A
consultant in each office
will be contactable on the local office number until 10.00pm each evening and
throughout the weekend. After this time an answering machine is available
whereby your message will be picked up and dealt with the very next morning.
