reference checks, we also insist on a face-to face interviews so that we can
match the skills, experience, personality and aspirations of candidates to the

annually. A summary of the vetting process which all candidates, regardless of
the role, go through is as follows:
- A face-to face professional interview with an education specialist
- Confirmation of qualifications
- Professional references are obtained
- Medical history form is completed
- Criminal Records Bureau check
- List 99 check
