| Select Education is looking for committed, professional and dynamic recruitment consultants to work in several of our offices.
You will be experienced in recruitment, education or sales although having the right attitude and approach is equally important.
Working as part of an established team, you will have responsibility within a specific area of the business in a supply teaching office (eg primary, secondary, SEN or teaching assistants).
You will work with candidates and schools - undertaking interviews, visiting schools and meeting clients’ staffing needs and maintaining our reputation for the highest standards of customer service in the educational staffing services industry.

Business Manager |
| We need dynamic, experienced and committed business managers to drive the further growth of these successful supply teaching staff offices.
You will need a ‘hands-on’ attitude but will have plenty of scope for developing your management responsibilities and skills, setting office and individual targets and managing budgets, managing and developing your team and maximising their performance with the help of our widely acclaimed in-house training programme.
As an effective and talented communicator you will lead the office team, reporting to and supported by a regional manager. You will also benefit from the industry leading support services provided by head office which includes IT, marketing and the accounts department.
You will need relevant managerial experience, a strong customer service ethos, a commitment to teamwork yet the ability to take decisions and take responsibility. Education sector experience is not essential, but recruitment industry knowledge and demonstrable achievement is highly desirable.
